How to Prepare:
- Take a few spoons of powder and make a paste with water. Apply all over the body and scrub off gently with water. For Abhyangana Snana (Oil massage bath), apply suitable oil (preferably sesame oil) all over the body. Wait for 15 minutes. Apply Sunnipindi paste and scrub off gently with water.
