Clean the belly button with water. Lie down ion your back, put 4 drops of Belly Button Oil in the navel and leave it for 15 minutes Massage in circular motion in clock wise direction Clean the navel gently with cotton Repeat this every day for better results during bed time. Clean the navel completely during next day bath.
