How To Prepare: Apply a sufficient quantity of oil to the hair, and gently massage the scalp. Leave it for 1 to 2 hrs (preferably overnight), wash the hair with a mild shampoo.
Apply a few drops over the preferred area of the skin and massage gently, wash after half an hour.
Apply a sufficient quantity of oil all over the body & gently massage. Allow it to absorb for 15-20 mins and wash with bath powder.
Take one teaspoon in the mouth and swish for 15 minutes, spit it out, and rinse your mouth with salt water before brushing your teeth.
