How do I return an item purchased on Teja Organics?
To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When are refunds provided?
We strive to provide a seamless online shopping experience. Rest assured, your money is safe with us. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- If not satisfied with the product it can be returned to us. Subject to the following terms
- The Product should be returned within 10 days of receipt
- The content should not be used over 25%
- Specific reasons must be mentioned while returning the product
- We are unable to provide a replacement.
- In accordance with our Buyer Protection policy, when a dispute has been resolved in your favor.
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
If you have reconsidered and wish to keep the product, please contact us to cancel your return request. If the replacement has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery of the replacement item.
Return Restrictions
Returns are not possible under the following conditions:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged due to use or the product is not in the same condition as when received, including any consumable item that has been used over 25%.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Any item missing from the package you’ve received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
