How to Use

• Take a few spoons of powder and make a paste with water.
• Apply all over the body and scrub off gently with water.
• For Abhyangana Snana (oil massage bath), apply suitable oil (preferably sesame oil) all over the body, wait for 15 minutes, then apply Sunnipindi paste and scrub off gently with water.
